Is AUTODHC really a one-time payment?
Yes. AUTODHC is sold as a one-time purchase with lifetime access and future product updates included.
Does DHC Utilities still work?
No. DHC Utilities was retired in October 2026 and no longer works. It cannot be whitelisted or newly set up.
Do I need to host anything myself?
That depends on the workflow. The docs and onboarding steps explain what is handled by YSF Utils and what needs to live in your own environment.
Where do I get support?
Use the support server for normal help. For account, purchase, or project-specific questions, use the contact page.
Can I request a custom bot?
Yes. Custom bot requests are handled through the contact form and are scoped individually before work starts.
Where can I see service health?
The Status page shows current service health and monitored uptime information.
